Our global trends and in-market observation work identified the rising influence of global street food with the underlying desire to ‘buy local’. Clashing these themes led to the concept for ‘Fusion And Street’; a mash-up of global recipes with a local twist.


‘Fusion And Street’ achieved a 5% share in its first 6 months. A pipeline of city-inspired flavour innovation is continuing that momentum.
