Our proprietary approach to concept creation and quantitative innovation testing has been created by understanding how people assess ideas and make purchase decisions. It was developed out of our dissatisfaction with how most innovation concepts were written and tested. So we changed things.
We know that great ideas and innovations will only be commercially successful if they can clearly demonstrate to people that they’re worth buying. This methodology helps us do just that: create ‘ideas worth buying’.
It’s creative; commercial and simple, even allowing us to calculate a one number worth it score which captures how well a concept is delivering on what we know is important to people when making purchase decisions in a particular category.
Our approach also allows us to measure where volume and value will come from, even creating different forecast scenarios and how to refine concepts to optimise demand and ultimately, therefore, return.
