Paul Kelders

Founding Partner & Managing Director

Paul founded jump! in 2004 with Sinéad, having previously worked in Marketing, Innovation and Brand and Consumer Strategy with DIAGEO in Ireland.

Prior to that, Paul held senior/Director roles in three of Ireland’s leading advertising agencies. In 2009, he was made Fellow of the Marketing Institute of Ireland in recognition of his services to marketing in Ireland.

Paul divides his time between the Dublin and London offices and is most passionate about working on questions involving future strategies and team growth. Paul has worked extensively with government and private industry across finance; drinks; sport; tourism; communications; food; entertainment and mobility sectors. Despite this wonderful track record, he hasn’t yet managed to work with his beloved Liverpool FC. One day!

In between lengthy injuries, Paul is a keen Ultra athlete (running; cycling and soon, swimming). He also enjoys discovering new beers and whiskeys.
