Tom is an insight, strategy, and innovation expert with fourteen years’ experience across both agency and client-side roles.

He has been with jump! for almost ten years and in that time has worked extensively in sports, entertainment, food and drinks and FMCG. He relishes combining strategic, cultural, and data-led thinking to help invent and grow new brands, products, and communications.

Outside of work Tom is an avid traveller and sports fan. He's attended the last three football World Cups and spent 5 months last year exploring South America, hiking through the Andes and vineyard hopping around Argentina.
